Next Wednesday, Special Sounds returns to Oliver's Music Bar, Nevada Street, Greenwich. Featuring live music from performance-based, electronic experimentalists, Nine Owls in a Baguette; effervescent electro-pop from The Pipettes' very own Gwenno; sweet and tender acoustic lullabies with just a smoke-tinged whiff of jazz and bossa nova, from Greenwich's very own, Kaz Simmons; and kicking things off, a short set of glitches and crooning from Monster Bobby. There will also be a short lecture on Spinoza from Infinite Thought, interval music provided by The Impostume and Owen Hatherley, plus a chance to win exclusive mix cds from Owen and Mr. Impostume in our delightful quiz (so do try and bring a pen and some paper!)
